In a Christmas Parade

In December 1999 "Kat Too" was part of a Christmas Parade, promoting the Safe Boating Course, which is offered by the United States Power Squadrons (USPS). The parade was held in Victorville, California.
I am now a member of the Balboa (CA) Power Squadron (District 28), an associate member in the Wilmington (DE) Power Squadron (District 5) and in the Arrowhead (CA) Power Squadron (District 13). In the Wilmington Squadron I served as their Commander in 1984/85 (P/C) and completed all educational courses offered at that time by USPS. This is reflected in the Grade of Senior Navigator (SN).
